These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the JP Partner Program (“Program”) offered by Pfohl Media LLC, owner of JP Themes and JP Blocks (“Company”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Program Eligibility and Enrollment

1.1. To enroll in the Program, the Affiliate must submit an application via the designated sign-up process. Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of the Company.

1.2. The Company reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the Program for any reason, including but not limited to brand misalignment, prior violations, or ethical concerns.

2. Eligible Products and Commission Structure

2.1. The Program currently covers the promotion of the following products:

  • JP Themes: One-time purchase product, 30% commission per sale.
  • JP Blocks: Recurring annual subscription product, 30% recurring commission for the lifetime of the subscription.

2.2. Commission structures are non-negotiable and uniform across all Affiliates, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

2.3. The Company may add or remove eligible products at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified in writing of any changes.

3. Commission Tracking and Attribution

3.1. Affiliate tracking is managed via a 30-day cookie system with last-click attribution.

3.2. Tracking is dependent on the customer’s browser settings and acceptance of cookies. The Company is not responsible for tracking failures due to cleared cookies, ad blockers, or technical limitations.

3.3. Commissions on subscription products are only earned while the referred customer remains actively subscribed. If a subscription is canceled, commissions shall cease.

3.4. If a previously canceled customer resubscribes, the Affiliate must generate a new referral via their unique tracking link to earn future commissions.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Commissions are paid once per month, typically on or around the 15th of each calendar month.

4.2. All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.

4.3. The minimum threshold for payout is $50 in approved commissions.

4.4. Payments are made via PayPal to the email address provided at the time of enrollment. Any transaction fees incurred by PayPal are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.

4.5. All commissions are manually reviewed and must be approved before payment is issued.

5. Prohibited Conduct

5.1. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referrals or purchases made through the Affiliate’s own link
  • Promotion via coupon, deal, or rebate websites

  • Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the products or potential earnings
  • Republishing or duplicating official Company sales page content

  • Implying partnership, employment, or endorsement by the Company

5.2. All promotional content must include appropriate disclosures in accordance with FTC guidelines. Reference: FTC Disclosures for Endorsements

5.3. Violations of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Use of Company Assets

6.1. Affiliates may use Company-provided logos, images, and screenshots for promotional use only. These materials must not be altered or misrepresented in any way.

6.2. A shared folder or page will be provided for accessing approved brand assets. Unauthorized usage may result in disciplinary action or removal.

8.2. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, tracking errors, or system downtime.

9. Tax Obligations
